The inspiration for this blog came from years of reading other people’s blogs and slowly through the years I have narrowed it down to my favourites. These are blogs I read religiously and when a new post goes up I can’t wait to read all the latest news from my favourite bloggers.
It just so happens that they all happen to be female, no offence to the amazing male bloggers out there – it’s a complete coincidence that these are my favourites.
- The Londoner
I’m a huge fan of Rosie’s blog which follows her life in London and adventures further afield. It’s also a great resource for fashion as she has some amazing outfits with clickable links to take you straight to the website to purchase them from.
2. SilverSpoon London.
Angie Silver is the blogger behind SilverSpoon London which is a luxury lifestyle blog. Angie has stayed in some amazing places around the world and her choice of hotels and restaurants is bound to inspire the wanderlust in all of us. Some of the accommodation she has stayed in which made me want to book a ticket immediately was Deplar Farm in Iceland and Sabi Sands Game Reserve in South Africa.
3. The Travelista
Jess Gibson is a Leeds based blogger who has recently made the move to Leeds from London. Packed full of city guides, restaurant reviews and wonderful photography, this is a blog you can really get stuck into. Jess has recently visited Alberta in Canada and it’s making me want to book a winter escape there immediately.
4. The Cornish Life.
If I ever move back to the UK, Anna’s blog makes me immediately think that Cornwall will be the location I move to. Anna’s amazing photography shows off Cornwall to its full extent and I love keeping up to date with her latest dog walks and restaurant reviews. Her latest review of The Scarlet Hotel in Cornwall makes me want to book a stay just for the cliffside hot tubs alone.
5. Rhyme and Ribbons.
One of my recent discoveries in the blogosphere is Rhyme and Ribbons, written by Amanda who is an American living in the UK. The blog is packed with yummy recipes, restaurant reviews and great book recommendations that I love. Amanda has recently adopted a plant based diet and it’s definitely inspiring to think about giving it a go as her recipes prove that you can still eat lots of tasty food.
Do you have any favourite bloggers? I’d love some recommendations – especially kiwi bloggers!
